A CONTINUOUS FLUSH HAD BEEN MAINTAINED THROUGH THE UNSPECIFIED MICROCATHETER, AND THERE WERE NO KINKS IN THE MICROCATHETER. A NEW DEVICE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
