HE TRIED TO TIGHTEN THE SCREW OF THE CLAMP BY USING A DRIVER SEVERAL TIMES AND HE COULD NOT TIGHTEN IT WHILE THE SCREW WAS ROTATING IDLE. ANOTHER CLAMP WAS NOT AVAILABLE, SO THE SURGEON USED A MEDIUM EXTERNAL FIXATOR TO PLACE THE CLAMP FOR FIXATION WHILE HE WAS ENGAGING THE ALREADY INSERTED SELDRILL WITH THE CLAMP. THE SURGERY WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED WITH A LESS-THAN-30-MINUTE DELAY. NO FURTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.
