  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, THE PATIENT COMPLAINED OF DIFFICULTY BREATHING AFTER THE CLINICIAN PLACED ONE UNFOLDER GAUZE BEHIND THE PATIENT'S FLANGE. THE GAUZE WAS REMOVED, AND THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. THE GAUZE COULD BE USED BEHIND THE FLANGE PER PROTOCOL AS STATED BY THE CLINICIAN.
