BAXTER RECEIVED A REPORT STATING THAT DURING A CASE, THEY HEARD A POP IN THE RIGHT STIRRUP, A BOLT HAD BROKEN AND THE RIGHT LEG SLID FORWARD. THERE WAS NO PATIENT/USER INJURY, MEDICAL INTERVENTION, SYMPTOM, OR ADVERSE EVENT REPORTED.
