BAXTER RECEIVED A REPORT STATING THAT A RT YELLOFIN STRUPS W LFTASST WAS NOT HOLDING POSITION AND KEPT DROPPING. THE PATIENT WAS UNINJURED, AND THE PROCEDURE WAS FINISHED WITHOUT INCIDENT. NO HARM OR SIGNIFICANT IMPACT TO THE SURGICAL PROCEDURE WAS REPORTED.
