BAXTER RECEIVED A REPORT STATING THAT DURING A TOTAL SHOULDER PROCEDURE, A YELLOFINS APEX RT STRUP HAD THE LEG SECTION COLLAPSING. THIS OCCURRED BEFORE USE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT/USER INJURY, MEDICAL INTERVENTION, SYMPTOM, OR ADVERSE EVENT REPORTED.
