IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING PROCEDURE, THE CUTTER STOPPED WORKING AND ASPIRATION CONTINUED NORMALLY. THE CASSETTE WAS CHANGED IMMEDIATELY, AND THE PROCEDURE WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED. THERE WAS NO PATIENT IMPACT/INJURY DUE TO THIS EVENT.
