  IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING PRE OP, THE TOOL OR BLADE WAS NOT LOCKING. IT WAS REPORTED THAT THERE WAS NO PATIENT OR STAFF IMPACT. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS RECEIVED STATING THAT MISALIGNED BEARINGS WERE FOUND DURING EVALUATION.
