  IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A SURGICAL PROCEDURE FOR A POSTERIOR FOSSA APPROACH, IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE CUTTER DEVICE WAS CHATTERING AND SKIPPING MORE THAN USUAL. IT WAS UNKNOWN IF THERE WERE ANY DELAYS TO THE SURGICAL PROCEDURE OR IF A SPARE DEVICE WAS AVAILABLE FOR USE. THERE WAS PATIENT INVOLVEMENT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, MEDICAL INTERVENTION OR PROLONGED HOSPITALIZATION. ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION HAS BEEN DISCLOSED. IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHOULD BECOME AVAILABLE, A SUPPLEMENTAL MEDWATCH WILL BE SUBMITTED ACCORDINGLY.
