IT WAS REPORTED THAT, DURING SURGERY,SCREW COUNTERSINK DEVICE WAS DULL AND DIDN´T CUT. THE DEVICE FAILED DURING USE WHILE INSIDE THE PATIENT. A CHANGE IN SURGICAL TECHNIQUE WAS MADE TO FINISHED THE PROCEDURE WITH A 2.4 COUNTERSINK AND WITH NO DELAY IN THE SURGERY. NO OTHER COMPLICATIONS WERE REPORTED. ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION HAS BEEN DISCLOSED. IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHOULD BECOME AVAILABLE, A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WILL BE SUBMITTED ACCORDINGLY.
