  IT WAS REPORTED THE SHAVER TIP FELL OFF. A PORTABLE X-RAY WAS IN THE ROOM AND WAS USED TO SEARCH FOR THE TIP. THE TIP WAS NOT IN THE PATIENT AND COULD NOT BE LOCATED. NO ADDITIONAL ANESTHESIA WAS GIVEN AND DELAY WAS APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. NO OTHER INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE BY THE CUSTOMER. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY REPORTED. THESE ARE COMMONLY USED DEVICES THAT ARE READILY AVAILABLE.
