A REVISION SURGERY WAS PERFORMED FOR AN EXTENSION OF AN ADJACENT LEVEL. ONCE ACCESS WAS MADE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT TWO CREO RODS WERE BROKEN. IMAGES TAKEN PRIOR TO THIS DID NOT SHOW THE BREAKAGES.
