  IT WAS REPORTED THAT WHILE TYING THE KNOT, THE ANCHOR CAME OUT OF THE GLENOID. A BACKUP DEVICE WAS AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE WITH NO SIGNIFICANT DELAY OR PATIENT INJURIES.
