IT WAS REPORTED TO ORTHO SOLUTIONS DIRECTLY FROM THE PATIENT THAT AN X-RAY CONFIRMED A POST-OPERATIVE PLATE FRACTURE 7 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL SURGERY. SUBSEQUENT REVISION SURGERY WAS REQUIRED.
