ON (B)(6) 2022 CHARGER CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE CHARGING WHEN PATIENT WAS CHARGING AID IN PATIENTS ROOM. THE PATIENT WAS NOT HARMED. THE HEARING AID DID NOT WORK AFTERWARDS. BOTH HEARING AID AND CHARGERS WERE REPLACED. ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES/EQUIPMENT WAS USED.
