BONE CHIPS CAME OUT ALONG WITH THE DRILL. THE SURGERY WAS COMPLETED USING ANOTHER SLEEVE AND DRILL TIP. AFTER THE SURGERY, THE DRILL WAS PASSED THROUGH THE SUBJECT DRILL SLEEVE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
