It was reported that a patient underwent a Vocal fold adhesion release surgery under general anesthesia, mucosal tissue flap transfer and vocal fold microsurgical closure surgery on an unknown date and suture was used to suture 6 stitches. Post-op, the patient experienced poor wound healing. Six days after surgery, the patient's laryngoscopy revealed congestion and severe reactions in the mucosa of the vocal fold suture area, with local capsule formation. The suture caused local mucosal foreign body reactions, manifested as edema and granulation. The doctor then removed the suture under local anesthesia fiber laryngoscopy for the patient and promptly reported to the consumables department. Additional information was requested.
