  IT WAS REPORTED THAT A PATIENT UNDERWENT AN UNKNOWN PROCEDURE ON AN UNKNOWN DATE AND SUTURE WAS USED. DURING THE PROCEDURE, THE SUTURE WAS EASILY DETACHED FROM THE NEEDLE. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES TO THE PATIENT. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED.
