IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING INCOMING INSPECTION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE HD LAPSCP,EP DEVICE FAILED WHEN PLUGGED INTO THREE CAMERA HEAD DEVICES AND THE SCOPE HAD A CLOUDY IMAGE. THIS EVENT DID NOT OCCUR DURING SURGERY. THERE WERE NO DELAYS TO A SURGICAL PROCEDURE. THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF INJURIES, MEDICAL INTERVENTION OR PROLONGED HOSPITALIZATION. ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION HAS BEEN DISCLOSED.
