IT WAS REPORTED THAT TWO DIFFERENT 2.0 SCREWS FROM THE SCREW CADDY WERE PULLED AND THE SURGEON NOTICED THEM TO BE BENT. FOUND ONE ADDITIONAL BENT SCREW WHEN INSPECTING THE TRAY, PATELLA FX. THE SURGERY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY DELAY. NO PATIENT INVOLVEMENT.
