Quick summary

This is an ICU Medical CADD infusion set, a disposable tubing-and-cassette set used to deliver IV medicines at home or in care settings. The 66 reports mostly describe infusion or flow problems: medication not delivering fully because of blocked tubing, false "no disposable attached" alarms, air getting into the line, and leaks that sometimes broke a cassette cap and let medicine spill out. No deaths and no injuries were reported. Two open recalls from December 2022 cover underdelivery from tubing occlusion and those false alarms.
