Summary

The FDA's MAUDE database contains 994 adverse event reports that list this exact device (DI 20643169786725), received between Jan 8, 2018 and Nov 3, 2023 — classified as 212 injuries, 782 malfunctions.

The most frequently reported specific device problem is “Incorrect, Inadequate or Imprecise Result or Readings” (620 reports).

26 other recalls cover devices cleared under the same FDA submission (P120010, P150001, P150019, P150029, P160017); they may or may not involve this specific model.

Reports come from manufacturers, hospitals and patients and are not verified by the FDA. A report does not prove the device caused the event, and counts can't be used to compare devices or estimate failure rates. How this data works · Data updated Oct 13, 2026.
