Summary

The FDA's MAUDE database contains 59 adverse event reports that list this exact device (DI 00802526422980), received between Oct 11, 2016 and Sep 8, 2026 — classified as 52 injuries, 7 malfunctions.

The most frequently reported specific device problem is “High Capture Threshold” (13 reports).

19 other recalls cover devices cleared under the same FDA submission (P010012); they may or may not involve this specific model.

Reports come from manufacturers, hospitals and patients and are not verified by the FDA. A report does not prove the device caused the event, and counts can't be used to compare devices or estimate failure rates. How this data works · Data updated Oct 13, 2026.
