THE ACCOUNT ALLEGES THAT DURING A BIOPSY PROCEDURE, THE OUTER CYLINDER OF A COAXIAL INTRODUCER DETACHED WITHIN THE PATIENT. THE FOREIGN BODY WAS SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED BY EXTENDING THE PUNCTURE SITE. NO OTHER COMPLICATIONS TO REPORT.
