IT WAS REPORTED THAT SPIKED KEEL PUNCH WAS BROKEN WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE INSERTER HANDLE. SO IT DID NOT STAY ON THE INSERTER IN ORDER TO IMPACT. THERE WAS NO SURGICAL DELAY.
