  IT WAS REPORTED THAT A PATIENT UNDERWENT AN AORTIC VALE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE ON (B)(6) 2022 AND SUTURE PLEDGETS WERE USED. DURING THE PROCEDURE, THE PLEDGETS ON THE GREEN SUTURES WERE OFF CENTER AND SOME OF THEM FELL OFF DURING THE PROCEDURE. IT WAS RETRIEVED AND ANOTHER DEVICE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE. NO ADVERSE PATIENT CONSEQUENCES WERE REPORTED. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED.
