THE PRODUCT WAS USED ON ANTERIOR LONGITUDINAL LIGAMENT OF VERTEBRAL BODY FOR MESH FIXATION, THE SUTURE BROKE. FURTHER DETAILS ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO SAMPLE WILL BE RETURNED.
