  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER: INTRA-OPERATIVELY IN A LOBECTOMY PROCEDURE, DURING CLOSING OF "BRONCINS", THE DEVICE WAS PROPERLY FIRED, BUT IT WASN'T CLOSED ON WHOLE LENGTH OF THE STAPLE LINE. THEY OVER SEWED THE LINE TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE.
