  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING LAPAROSCOPIC AORTIC VALVE REPLACEMENT, WHEN THE SURGEON WAS SUTURING IN THE AORTIC VALVE, THE THREAD BROKE. IT BROKE ON HOLDING THE SUTURE TAUT. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
