  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING A LAPAROSCOPIC AUGMENTATION, IT WAS STATED THAT THE TIP OF THE NEEDLE WAS BROKEN. ANOTHER SUTURE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE CASE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
