IT WAS REPORTED THE TROLLEY US SET 3 HAD A SHOCK THAT OCCURRED WHEN UNPLUGGED. THE ISSUE OCCURRED WHEN MOVING THE DEVICE AT THE CUSTOMER FACILITY. THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF PATIENT HARM.
