InjuryJul 29, 2026Inappropriate/Inadequate Shock/Stimulation; Device Sensing Problem
It was reported that the patient received inappropriate Anti-Tachycardia Pacing therapy and a shocks for an episode detected in the Ventricular Tachycardia (VT) zone that was suspected to be Supra Ventricular Tachycardia (SVT). In addition, the Right Ventricular(RV) lead exhibited T-Wave Oversensing (TWOS) post ventricular pace. The Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) and RV lead remain in use. No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
