  IT WAS REPORTED, THE WATER CONTAINER HAD STERAD STERILIZATION USED WHICH IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND AGAINST REPROCESSING. THE ISSUE OCCURRED DURING REPROCESSING. THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF PATIENT HARM.
